What can you do to keep your mind healthy?

 As well as keeping our body healthy, peace of mind is just as important. If the mind is restless, it becomes restless. Nowadays, big diseases take over the house. . The mind also has to fight with complexity. If a man escapes from the mind, he cannot defeat any disease. But if a person's morale is strong, then he is mentally ready to fight against any difficulty. Yoga can be very useful to our body to strengthen such a mind. Yoga strengthens our body both body and mind.


Why yoga is necessary. : -

   The life of today's man is a victim of pollution, confusion and drugs. Today's man needs to live an unnatural and perverted life instead of living a natural and normal life. No stress, hustle and bustle of life, people have become victims of mental and physical and many mental illnesses. This man has to make physical, mental and intellectual sacrifices for material happiness, strength and prosperity.






  Today's stressful life has destroyed the personality of human beings. Distrust has arisen due to double standards in every field of life of today's man. There is a big difference in speech and behavior of human beings today due to which they are suffering from mental stress. Today's human beings are living a stressful life due to government laws. Words like health, happiness, peace and freedom have become dreamy. Hospitals, hospitals and drug stores are increasing day by day wherever you look. People of today's time Yoga is necessary to meet all these conditions. We can achieve complete health i.e. physical, mental, intellectual, spiritual, social and economic health. Doing yoga gives peace of mind. According to the Kathopanishad, yoga is a state of mind in which the mind remains concentrated under the influence of the senses.
